I bought the full game. How do I get it on another device?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open the unlock card from the title screen and choose Restore Purchases. Family members get it through Family Sharing.
My progress is missing on a new device.
Make sure iCloud is on for Moonbow Isles in your device's settings and in the game's Settings. Saves merge as they arrive, and nothing you earned is ever taken away by a merge.
Game Center says I am signed out.
Use the Game Center button on the title screen to sign in. The game never interrupts play to ask.
How do I hear a lesson again?
Long press the Prism to open the list of lessons, then pick the one you want.
The game feels slow on my device.
If you turned on ray tracing in Settings, try its Performance mode, or turn it off. The game picks a steady frame rate for your device on its own.
How do I play on Apple TV?
Use the Siri Remote: swipe or press a direction to move, click to pick and swap, hold to ask the Prism, and press Back to step back. A game controller works too.
